Our Story
Still Waters LLC was founded by Dr. Laura Rice in 2022. During Laura’s career, she became painfully aware of the need some youth have for residential care. These youth experience storms in their life without any opportunity for calm. After experiencing her own storm, Laura was able to find calmness and stillness with the help of her Pastor and God. Still Waters was born out of a need to help others find that same still waters.
